“The Path of Overcoming” exists thanks to voluntary donations from concerned citizens. We receive financial support only from individuals and legal entities; the organization is not dependent on the state.

The work of the charitable organization is based on the principles of Christian morality. However, assistance is provided to everyone in need, regardless of their religion. “The Path of Overcoming” is a secular organization, not a religious association or sect. Therefore, anyone can seek help.

The duration of a person’s adaptation depends only on their desire to change the current situation. The average period people stay in the Center is 4–6 months. However, it should be understood that staying for adaptation is a voluntary process. No one is held by force, nor are they forced to work on their situation. If a person refuses help, they simply leave the Center.

The organization helps those in need to find clinics and make appointments for medical examinations and procedures (usually free). But such services are not provided within the Center itself.

You can influence a person only through persuasion and facts, by showing all the dangers of alcohol or drug abuse. However, the staff of the charitable organization do not do this. We only help those who have firmly decided to get rid of their addiction.
