Public Offer
This document is an offer to enter into an agreement for access to a digital educational program. Payment for the course constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer terms.
1. Seller and acceptanceThe seller is specified in the "Contacts and Details" section. The buyer accepts the offer after selecting a program, entering data, and making payment. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment confirmation.
2. Subject of the agreementThe seller provides the buyer with non-exclusive access to video lessons, materials, assignments, and other elements of the selected course, and the buyer pays for this access under the terms of the site.
3. Ordering and pricingThe program content and current price are indicated on the course card. The order is placed on the site. Before payment, the buyer verifies the course name, price, name, and email. An electronic receipt and service notifications are sent to the specified email if such sending is enabled by the seller.
4. Delivery and accessThe course is a digital product: no physical delivery is performed. Access is granted in the personal account after payment confirmation, usually automatically. In case of a delay in access, the buyer should contact support using the contact details below.
5. Returns and CancellationsA refund request must be sent before viewing the materials. After access is granted, the refund is considered by the seller taking into account the digital content actually provided, the access period, and incurred expenses. The application must contain the name, order email, course title, payment date, and reason for the request. The refund is made using the same method as the payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
6. Rights and responsibilitiesThe buyer receives access only for personal learning and is not entitled to copy, sell, publicly post, or transfer materials to third parties. The seller has the right to temporarily restrict access in case of violation of these terms, while retaining the right to protect content and claim damages.
7. Term and disputesThe offer is valid until it is withdrawn or a new version is published. The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the relationship. Questions and claims should first be sent to the seller via email; the response time is up to 10 business days.

Personal Data Processing Policy
The policy defines what data the academy receives, why it is needed, how it is protected, and what rights the site user and course buyer have.
1. What data is processedName, email, information about the selected course, payment, and support inquiries. Bank card details are not stored in the site interface and are processed by the payment provider on a secure page.
2. Purposes of ProcessingData is used for registration and login, providing access to courses, payment confirmation, communication with the buyer, support, refunds, service improvement, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
3. Grounds and termsProcessing is carried out for the conclusion and execution of the contract, based on user consent and legal requirements. Data is stored no longer than necessary, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires otherwise.
4. Transfer and Commissioning of ProcessingFor the site to function, data may be transferred to storage, authorization, email newsletter services, and the payment provider—only to the extent necessary for the corresponding operation. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
5. Cookies and technical dataThe site may use technical browser data and cookies to maintain sessions, authorization, and ensure the interface functions correctly. Users can restrict cookies in their browser settings, but some site features may become unavailable.
6. User RightsThe user has the right to request access, correction, blocking, or deletion of their data, withdraw consent if processing is based on consent, and file a complaint with the authorized body. The request must be sent from the email used during registration or purchase.
7. SecurityThe seller takes organizational and technical measures to protect against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and dissemination of data. Upon detection of an incident, the seller takes measures to resolve it and notify in cases provided by law.
