CALM. STEP-BY-STEP. SAFE.
Understand how the boiler works — and when to stop.
Short lessons on the device, fault symptoms, and safe diagnostics. Any gas-related work must be performed only by a qualified specialist.
Do not turn on lights or electrical appliances. Shut off the gas if it is safe to do so, open the windows, leave, and call the emergency gas service from outside.
LEARNING PATH
Where to start
LESSON 01 · BASICS
What's inside the boiler
Think of the boiler as a chain: gas creates heat, water transfers it, and automation monitors safety.
Automation allows startup only when it receives confirmation from the sensors.
LESSON 02 · OBSERVATION
From symptom to safe step
Select the observed symptom. First, only external and safe checks, without removing the cover.
LESSON 03 · MAIN
Safety is part of any repair
These rules are more important than the desire to quickly find the cause.
Emergency Algorithm
- Stop work and do not create sparks.
- Shut off the gas only if the valve is accessible and it is safe to do so.
- Ventilate the room and go outside.
- Call 104 or 112 from a safe location.
LESSON 04 · SELF-CHECK
Check Understanding
Choose the best safe answer. Mistakes are a reason to reread the explanation.
