Matching two Excel reports

Match warehouse shipments with the consolidated report

Upload two Excel reports: a consolidated one with recipients and products, and a warehouse one with shipments. The application will match the rows and distribute the transferred quantity using FIFO.

01Consolidated report

Upload the consolidated Excel file. The recipient is taken from the "Document" column, the date from the date rows, and products from the following rows.

02Warehouse report

Upload a separate Excel report with shipment orders. The application will recognize ERP columns, date, counterparty, SKU, product, quantity, price, and statuses.

How matching works

First, warehouse rows are matched by SKU. Then, for each recipient, the product is searched in the consolidated report by code, or by name if the code is missing. The quantity from the consolidated report is distributed across shipments using FIFO: earlier ERP dates receive it first. If there are multiple shipments, they remain adjacent and are highlighted in the same color without duplicating the quantity. The price is taken from the consolidated report, or if it is not there, from the warehouse report or the search field, and is applied to all rows equally.

04Find product

Specify the SKU or product code. It is used to first find shipments in the warehouse report, then the product is searched in the consolidated report for their recipients. Name and price refine the matching.
