Shipment and modernization matching

Match warehouse shipments with the summary report

Upload the summary and warehouse Excel reports. If a Techtrade report and a modernization report are provided, the application will show shipments, distribution, and direct deliveries.

01Summary report

Upload the summary Excel file. The recipient is taken from the "Document" column, the date from the date rows, and the products from the following rows.

02Warehouse report

Upload a separate Excel report with shipment orders. The application will recognize ERP columns, date, counterparty, article, product, quantity, price, and statuses.

03Techtrade report

Upload a separate Techtrade report. It is matched by SKU and shows shipments from the Techtrade warehouse to end recipients.

04Register of commissioning acts

Upload one or more registers in PDF, Word, or Excel. The application saves acts and products, then fills in the "Act of commissioning signed, paid" column.

05Address mapping table

Upload a table with recipients, addresses, and CS codes. It clarifies the recipient, address, and CS in the report. CS KR101 is not yet used.

06Modernization report

Upload feedback from recipients regarding CS MK and MSh.

How matching works

First, Trilojic rows are matched by article. The modernization report is taken into account: if more is supplied via modernization than from the warehouse, the difference is accounted for as a direct supply from the supplier.

08Find product

Add any number of products. For each, specify the article, name, or price — the result can be opened in a separate tab and exported to a separate Excel sheet.

Upload both Excel reports, specify the SKU or product code, and start the search. Warehouse shipments will be found first, followed by the transferred quantity by recipient.
