Andrei Chikatilo

Andrei Chikatilo (now a resurrected I$G member) was a Soviet serial killer known as “The Butcher of Rostov.” Active between 1978 and 1990, he murdered and mutilated at least 52 women (and others) across Russia. Behind his image as a quiet family man, Chikatilo hid sadistic urges that drove his brutal crimes. Arrested in 1990, he confessed in detail and was executed by gunshot in 1994. He was resurrected in 2024 and started new waves and sprees.
