Décrivez votre terrain
Renseignez le type de terrain, ses dimensions (largeur × profondeur en mètres), l'orientation et le type de sol. Ces informations permettent à l'IA d'adapter le plan aux contraintes du site.
Configurez la construction
Choisissez le type de bâtiment, le style architectural et le nombre d'étages. Plus vos choix sont précis, plus le plan sera adapté à vos besoins.
Définissez les pièces
Ajustez le nombre de chaque type de pièce (chambres, salles de bain, etc.) et ajoutez vos exigences particulières dans le champ dédié (cuisine ouverte, accès PMR, cheminée…).
Générez et exportez
L'IA génère un plan au sol structuré avec les dimensions de chaque pièce. Vous pouvez ensuite générer une visualisation 3D et exporter le plan en PNG.
💡 Conseils pour de meilleurs résultats
- Les dimensions du terrain doivent être réalistes : une maison individuelle nécessite au moins 10m × 15m.
- Le nombre de pièces doit être cohérent avec la surface disponible. Évitez de surcharger un petit terrain.
- Utilisez le champ « Exigences particulières » pour préciser vos souhaits : orientation des chambres, ouvertures, matériaux, etc.
- Pour un terrain en pente, l'IA adaptera le plan avec des niveaux ou un soubassement.

Room instructions
Minimum dimensions
Bedroom ≥ 12 sqm, Living room ≥ 20 sqm, Kitchen ≥ 8 sqm, Bathroom ≥ 5 sqm. Respect these areas for optimal comfort.
Proximity and circulation
The kitchen should be close to the dining room. Bedrooms are ideally grouped together. Plan for a fluid circulation corridor.
Orientation and light
Orient the living room and terrace to the south to take advantage of natural light. Bedrooms can be to the east for morning light.
Consistency with the land
The number of rooms must be adapted to the land area. A 200 m² plot can only accommodate 4-5 main rooms.
💡 Tips for rooms
- Add a laundry room if you have more than 3 bedrooms — it frees up space in the kitchen.
- An office can also serve as a guest room. Adjust the number accordingly.
- Plan for at least 1 bathroom for every 2 bedrooms for daily comfort.
- The garage and cellar do not count towards the living area but impact the building footprint.
Drawing instructions
Scale and proportions
The plan is drawn at a 1:100 scale. Each real meter corresponds to 1 cm on the drawing. Exterior walls are represented by thick lines.
Room color coding
Each room type has a distinct color: blue for bedrooms, green for the living room, orange for the kitchen, etc. The legend at the bottom of the plan details each color.
Dimensions and annotations
Dimensions (width × depth) are displayed in each room in meters. The total area is calculated automatically and displayed in the summary.
Plot boundaries and building
The plot outline is dashed. The building footprint is a solid line. The distance between the boundaries and the building complies with urban planning standards.
💡 Information on the rendering
- You can export the plan in high-resolution PNG to print or share it.
- The 3D visualization is generated by AI and provides an overview of the building's exterior.
- The floor plan shows the interior layout: walls, doors, windows, and circulation.
- For multi-story buildings, a separate plan is generated for each level.
