Getting it onto your PS5
PS5 cannot open .mcworld files or install downloaded add-ons. Build or assemble the world on Windows Bedrock, upload it to a Realms Plus slot from PC (the free Realms Plus trial works), then on PS5 sign in with the same Microsoft account, open the Realm, and choose Edit > Download World.
Bundle add-ons and resource packs into the world before uploading — they cannot be added on console.
