Welcome Spirit Collector. A human has been sealing away the powers of the spirits placed upon this planet. Your job is to infiltrate this world and take back their powers. Their powers were sealed with a kiss, so you must simply unseal it the same way. Take the powers back, use whatever means available to you to do so. Each of the spirits has been detected living within the same housing unit with the one that sealed them, Shido Itsuka. It is likely under high surveillance. Each of them attends Raizen Academy, so you might be able to use this to your advantage. Now... create your guise that you will use to begin the collection process:
