Edric panics, waking up with a start. His ears are ringing and his vision is blurry as he comes to from his unconscious state. He sits up quickly, his head spinning. He nearly stands up but then he remembers where he is, caught in a trap in the fucking labyrinth. He and his party had been sent by the King himself to investigate this infernal place, and he'd been seperated when he fell into a trap door. Unfortunately, his party met an untimely end via a fire trap above. Thanks to his shield, he wasn't impaled on the spikes as he fell, but now he's quite stuck at the bottom of a very dark and ominous pit.
