[07-10 Update] Card payments are back!
As many of you have noticed, card payments have been re-enabled! You can pay for subscriptions and credit packs with card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. again.
A few important notes:
1. New payments processor. We've added a new payments processor to make this possible. This is a temporary payments partner — we're in final talks with our permanent partners, and we expect to add them to our payments system next week.
2. Expired subscriptions have been extended. All subscriptions that expired while card payments were unavailable have been extended, so you won't lose your plan before the permanent solution is in place.
3. Credit packs are available right now. If you're running low on credits, you can buy credit packs again starting today.

Nope, payments are NOT back!! I tried on the website with GPay and entering the card numbers into your form for FOUR different cards and each time it comes back as declined. There's funds available on all four cards and I've contacted support at the card companies and they say there shouldn't be a problem. I installed your android app too and same issue with direct entry and GPay. Edit: This is for purchasing membership, tried pro and regular.
Looks like the new payment platform (creem) is Estonian, they have a list of 28 unsupported countries on their website, if you're in one of them - you're not using card payments :\

I can purchase credit packs on the app, but my subscription that expired last week has not been extended and I can't purchase a plan.

are you kidding me? Expired Subscriptions have been extended? How the HELL am I supposed to upgrade to a higher tier now? On top of that I actually canceled my subscription before it was supposed to expire and now I have to wait at least ten days before I can upgrade to a higher tier instead of immediately? For gods sake

Dear team, i been trying to purchase with card payment, wont work with any card i give it, not even by Google pay, wont work, i need assistance asap.
Still not working, i tried 3 cards and google wallet, payment rejected every time, i also sent email a 2 weeks ago and no reply. Can we get some support?

Extended means our plan is still in place but our monthly credits are still not happening. So the card paying customers are still stuck in limbo. What does this mean? It says verification was not completed. I’m stuck. It won’t allow me to pay. Can you explain how to get around this? Specifically 3D verification?? And so it’s still not working for me. Tried everything and now this 3D thing is an issue????
I tried renewing my subscription with a card payment, but my bank won't authorize the payment. I can't receive a notification to approve it on my bank's app, and if I don't receive the notification, there's no way to authorize the purchase. This is some bullshit!

I just paid, but unfortunately the chat has become garbage. It’s sad that the bot keeps reading letters but not the full words and a bunch of words not being read at all—it’s so frustrating.
I’m not getting the option to pay with Apple Pay. :/ I don’t want to put my card info directly into the payment system. Will Apple Pay be brought back?
