35000 was not credit to my left credit it is avaiolable in daily credit

Hello, I have subscribed for the pro plan and my 35000 credit was not added proprly in my account kindly do the needful.

First i have susbcribed for 8000 credit plan as it will not be sufficieant and may limits, I hvae changed to proplan but my acutal credit shows only 8000 still.
