A suggestion about the erase button

Good day. I am a mobile user. And I use this website a lot, I love it beyond measure. But it also has given me quite a bit of headache because the erase the chat button is so close to the text field. I have accidentally erased one conversation before. It is a very useless, pointless feature that may accidentally delete many important things. Is there anyone who, like me, wishes for it to at least be moved away from such an easily, and accidentally reachable, spot?
