Adding Images?

I've noticed that some chatbot GPTs seem to create images really frequently and some only do it every so often (some of my own chatbots do it on occassion at least). Does anyone know what to put in thr GPT instructions to encourage it to create a images regularly or what to include in the imahe prompt?

To be clear, I'm not just talking about the profile photo refresh or the stable difusion checkbox in tbe settingz.
