Community moderation and official support contacts

I have a question about the current community setup.

As far as I can see, the platform currently links to two community channels: Reddit and Discord. The Reddit community appears to be unavailable or banned, and the Discord server looks mostly inactive.

Would it make sense to have a clearer official point of contact here on the platform itself?

For example:

  • a list of active moderators and admins
  • a short explanation of who is responsible for what
  • a way to tag moderators or admins when a question is addressed to them
  • a clear place to report scam posts, suspicious links, or account authorization requests
  • a clear process for technical questions, model requests, and platform-related issues

Right now, if a real question comes up, it is not obvious who should be contacted. I have seen people mention "FEDE" when asking for new LLM models, but beyond that it is hard to understand who is officially responsible for what.

This is not meant as a complaint. As a user who has already spent several hundred euros on this platform, I would like to have a real way to communicate with the team and resolve issues when necessary, not just leave general feedback without knowing whether it reaches the right people.

I think the platform would benefit from a more visible and structured community moderation system, especially if Discord and Reddit are not currently useful as support channels.
