copyright limitations

I'm trying to create chatbots based around anthro pokemon or other existing ip's, but each time i try to adjust information regarding them or test them, the ai tells me that due to settings on the website they are forbidden. would it be possible to disable these settings, or are they unfortunately necessary to ensure the website does not encounter legal issues?
