credit card problem

Hello! I have a problem with my credit card. Unfortunately I can’t find any information about help or support on this site. That’s why I’m posting my problem here. For a few days now my credit card (.... 3631), which I have always used to pay here, has been declined by the system. Apparently there is some sort of block. The support team at 'Link' wrote to me that there is no problem on their end and that the issue must lie with my bank. My bank says there is no problem with my credit card.
