CREDIT REDUCTION BECAUSE OF ALLOY
So I just created a chatbot that can be used by a chat moderator. I'm aiming for a good interaction record; however, sometimes it's deducted. When I checked, it was due to exceeding the allowed number of characters. According to my research, this means that if I accidentally use the voice assistance feature, or if a user of my bot uses it, the creator will be charged for the credit deduction, which feels unfair. How can I disable this voice assistance, and how can I stop these charges?
Alloy is one of the Text to speech voices. Each time you use text to speech to read a message it costs credits. Check the speaker icon on the top of your chat window to see if it's enabled.
