Credits removed
How do i prevent my credits being removed, after i have stored a collection up by buying extra credits. In the case that i dont renew for say one month, to use my stored non expiring credits for a while, why do my stored credits disappear when i next renew. i just lost 700 credits. i had 700 credits, so in renewing subscription i should have had 8700 crefits, not just 8000?
Unused credits from last month are not currently carried over to the next month, meaning you always start each month with the amount of credits that correspond to your plan. Credits gotten through the credit sharing program (earned by creating tools) are not lost though. We may change this behaviour in the near future, to allow roll over of unused credits.
They were extra bonus credits i had bought and you took them. I guess i should have used them all up before deciding to renew. As a subscriber for 18 months i felt disappointed.
You mean they were from a extra credits pack? In that case, they shouldn't be lost. Let me take a look.
That's exactly right, and that is what I would have expected. I am aware that monthly credits are not carried over, so it is in my interest to use them up before they are forfeited to you. But additional credits bought as "never expiring" should in my opinion not be taken away. But thank you for your response.
While we investigate what could have happened, we reimbursed the 700 credits as bonus credits to your account.
I have only received 3750 something point in my next cycle of subscription. I have paid for 8000 credit point but less than half credit point have been credited to my account. I am confused 😕
