Explain the shady bots modelled as kids

Why are there little kid bots? I ain't even trying to click and find out. What fantasy would somebody possibly want to indulge in with a child? I'm fresh on this site, so I don't know shit, but none of the other AI sites I've used, especially one's including NSFW material, had little kid bots. Are they legitimate for like, parents of dead kids, or never had kids, or PG movie themed shit like a precocious kid that's a total pain in the ass due to the repercussions of their innocently general enaive antics , that indubitably kick up shit storms of dilemma for the grown folks? Or someone fond of yelling at the get off the fucking llawnm Tell me it's not able to be used for taboo endeavor.
