Has anyone experienced delayed storage updates between Miniapps clients?

I'm developing Kairos, a conversational Miniapp, and I'm investigating how data synchronization works when the same app is opened in multiple clients.

During an earlier test, I continued a conversation in Chrome on Android. The new messages did not appear in Development Tools Browser (DTB), even after several reloads. They became visible later — perhaps around 15 minutes afterward, although I didn't time it precisely.

I don't yet know whether this was a storage synchronization delay, caching, or another issue.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has tested "miniappsAI.storage" across Chrome, DTB, the Miniapps Android app, or different devices.

• Have you observed delayed visibility of saved data?
• Have you seen one client's changes overwrite another client's updates?
• Have you found a reliable way to detect stale data or prevent lost updates?
• Have you measured synchronization delays or tested offline/reconnect behavior?
• Do you know of any documented CAS, conditional-write, or transaction functionality?

If you've run tests, it would be especially helpful to know which clients you used, whether they shared one account, and whether you tested the storage value directly or only the app's UI.

This question concerns any supported browser or app client, not just Chrome and DTB. Those were simply the two clients involved in my particular observation.
