Help, problem with the tool

Greetings, please help! I have encountered a problem: after my subscription ended, the "Search" tool remained enabled in some AI that I was communicating with, and with it, requests cannot be sent to those AIs. It is not possible to disable it; it says that a subscription must be purchased when I try to turn it off. Support has not responded for 7 days since my last message. Maybe someone can advise me on what to do??
