Help

does anyone else have issues when using apps that let you upload photos not always uploading? I've noticed some will let you post the image right away, some you may have to try once or twice and some just won't load it at all but will load other images. I have spent like the last hour almost trying to upload an image to the chatbot i am using and certain pictures it just won't load. I have done things like clear the cache but it still did nothing. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
