How does the hourly token distribution work?

What time zone is it based on, or is it tied to when your chatbot earns tokens?

Credits you earn from people using your chatbots get accumulated in "Pending Bonus Credits", and are added to your actual bonus credits every hour. This means that at most you have to wait 60 minutes from when someone uses your app until the credits are usable by you.

Is there a technical reason it takes so long?

It's for safety reasons. But it's not that long! 1 hour at most.

And adding on to that, how does the daily credit system work? It’s not at midnight, is it a different time zone or is it tied to when I first spend a credit that day?

It's at midnight at the timezone the server is located at.

So if I used all my credits I can't get anything?

I haven't created a chatbot yet, and I don't know how to earn credits without subscribing.
