How to fix unsaved bot chats?

the title explains it all. I have had a few bots I really liked talking to but they end up never saving. I can search for them and they show up and the chat history is there but in the drop down Bar of the chats it does not show up. it happens to the mosy random chats and sometimes by a specific user. is there a way to fix it? if it helps I don't pay for anything I'm a free user I don't pay for anything
