Image edit scamming me

I have a problem. suddenly, as if on cue, all image editing tools stopped working. Everything that uses Gemini 3 image and others. Every time he gives out a reasoning window, there is no error, but then, without any errors, he simply does not give out the changed picture, while the credits are written off each time. What kind of scam is this?

And the second question is: why doesn't any model agree to generate NSFW content if it can be enabled in the settings?
