Issue with one conversation
On one of my apps I got an issue with a conversation, it is extremely long and I assume that is the issue, It started failing to load today with the message:
<no response> Failed to fetch
Assuming this was because of the extreme length of the conversation (easily a few million words minimum since I have been using it over the course of months) I tried deleting the conversation and creating a new one. The old one however does refuse to get deleted at all, it is stuck, nothing happens, I can't open it, I can't delete it, nothing works, the other conversation I have in there works fine, it would be nice if I could either restore the functionality of the old conversation somehow or have it cleared and deleted to start a new one if that is the only way.
Hi, can you please send an email to [email protected] indicating your account email and the chatbot you get the error in?
In case you did something just now, thank you, because the conversation just disappeared, so the problem seems to have solved itself if that wasn't you. Otherwise, thanks for the help if it was you :)
Did send, included the chatbot, also the full error message including the conversation link.
