Issue with reviewing bot

I am attempting to give an appraising review of a bot I have recently used and had fun chatfing with, while attempting to review I was given an error stating "You havn't used this tool enough to review it" so I would continue chatting until exhausting my daily credit/token count, which at this point I am still incapable of reviewing, is this an internal error or have I simply not met the requirement for a review.
