It says my Membership Ends on the 16th and Obviously I can't pay with card

Does this mean all my stuff if just gone? Like this sucks so much, I know it's not easy to get shit working again but someone needs to put out a more transparent explation of the situation. Not a user, but someone running this site. Seems like there aren't that many comments or requests coming in and all we get are crumbs.
