Hey it seems after initially creating a character, the heart button will no longer work. Not sure what the bug here is. If you can look into it, much appreciated! :)
Thanks for reporting! When you say 'creating a character' what do you mean? When you upload an image? When you make a persona? When you analyse an image? Thanks xx
Tapping on the heart to meet them does nothing after the first creation.

Still nothing! 😅 The cycling through profiles and such works fine but there's still response when clicking the heart to create the profile.
That's odd. Try fully refresh page (and clear cache if needed) and see if that works? Might be cached file causing an issue (maybe miniapps if giving you old version still) . It works on my end xxx
Interesting. I use chrome (on my phone rn) and it won't work, but on Microsoft Edge it does. Anywho it works! Thanks for the fix! :D btw you're stunning.

Aaaaaand it's doing the same on Edge lol! Quick test for you. After meeting them on your end, go into their profile, then exit and try to create another. Does it work for you? On both browsers it would have this issue. And oddly it didn't seem to save them from one browser to the other. Even clearing the cache does nothing. Don't want to give you a headache lol but something is either goofy in the code or it's on my end.
nw! I appreciate it and made this post so that it would help me fix things ~ Test again for me xxx I also found another bug Edit: Miniapps is having issues so I will attempt to fix it after (maintinence?) is done and the app builder is functioning properly again xxx For now it should be 'better' !
Still occurring. I have to get ready for the day here myself in just a bit but I'll mess with it a bit more later on and let you know.

is it possible to make the AI generate an image after every reply? maybe for later updates. i've also encountered an issue where when i try to regenerate a response from the AI, it gets stuck and i have to refresh the webpage every time.
Interesting. I will look in to this! (It may be a browser issue as I haven't had this issue - For now try changing models or modifying the prompt incase it's triggering some sort of content policy). _____________ Image generation would be either expensive or low-quality~ I may make a *different* app in the future that implements this though! The only real solution I could think of is [image to image] - Where the original image is sent to the AI with an updated prompt based on context. However this would cost about 25 credits per generation minimum (probably closer to 30 or even 50). If I got it so the AI did a low-cost output it probably wouldn't resemble the character
i also wonder why some things in this miniapp doesn't sync? i made my persona on my phone, but then when i open it on my laptop, it doesn't exist. sometimes it syncs sometimes it doesn't. is everything saved locally or in the app itself?
Ermmm, waifu app uses Miniapps 'AI storage' which has two modes~ 'Logged In' then ->Data syncs across all your devices via the cloud. If you are not 'Logged In' then -> Data is stored locally on that device only. So make sure you are logged in, maybe give miniapps a moment (possibly takes a second to flag you as logged in depending on app/cache/privacy settings etc...) ~ You can check this by logging out and seeing if they are there
i am always logged in. because i always go to the miniapps homepage first before going to any chat that i wanna continue chatting in.
It might be a site limitation :( I did check over my code for you. I'll check again and see if I or the AI can do anythign to reinforce how cache is handled for users. I'm going to be improving the Waifu Custom prompts too so I'll do it then (or get the AI to do it as I am not really sure how to reinforce miniapp-specific caching atm) xxx
i think i've figured it out. i have to refresh the miniapp from the miniapp menu instead of refreshing the webpage. do you know how i can make a character from scratch instead of swiping characters like tinder?
If you go to hamburger menu and then Mode it should have options there. If you want a custom img you can generate one or get one wherever you want and just download then upload. I do need to check that waifus are saved properly with that function though~
