My Account keep on expiring before the expiry date

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly help. I have subscribed for Pro plan on 23/07/2025 and I have been using it for 1 week smoothly. After that it has been changed to Free Plan.

Like this tha same has happened last month it changed to free plan before it could expore. I have mailed as advised by Fede, but still no reply from them even for previous month as well as this month.

Kindly help, This is not giving me hope to Subscribe for next time.
