My standard plan is not working

Recently i have purchased the standard plan which is of 8000 credits. My account is credited with 8000 credit but even though i can't able to paste test and even add photos. whenever i try to do so it was saying you are in free plan susbscribe to upgrade the plan.

kindly look into this and resolve this issue.
