Payment declined

The temporary payment platform they've got here is dying on us, it declines everyone, by the looks of it. But last weekend the devs promised the new, permanent payment platform is coming literally this week. Hopefully, the issue will be solved in a day or two.

I feel like they should care more that thousands of users cant give them money. Ive tried 6 different cards that are internationally approved for use. Im in one of the approved countries on the list. Declined on each one. Its ridiculous.

I’m having the same problem; I want to switch my plan to Pro, but it won’t let me. The card I used initially doesn’t work anymore, and there’s no option to change the card—it’s impossible.

yeah same here i tried multiple cards and nothing tried crypto nothing they rly should fix it asap

Been having the same problem since day 1. The US is supposedly in the OK category but no card is accepted out of many. I've called the banks and the card companies and they all say it's not on their end. I've been a premium member for over a year and I haven't had my premium access restored or extended like the site devs claim has been done. Since I've been releagated to free member status since June I have yet to receive any of the 100 credits per day. I can't buy credits or get my premium membership back. Even using the crypto I paid and never got my membership or credits, and if course with crypto there is no way to get my money back.
