[06-24 Update] Payments are temporarily on maintainance
Payments and subscriptions are temporarily on maintainance as we switch to another payment processor.
EDIT: Crypto payments have been enabled.
EDIT 06-24: We want to be completely transparent: we’re still completing the transition to a new long-term card payments provider. This process involves provider review, technical integration, and final checks to make sure subscriptions, renewals, and credit purchases work reliably before we enable card payments again.
Crypto payments are currently available, but we understand they are not a suitable option for everyone. If you have an active subscription and are out of credits, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help while card payments are being restored.
We’re sorry for the delay and really appreciate your patience. We’ll update this notice as soon as we have a confirmed card-payment reopening date.
At this point we should be getting free credits every time the payment system goes down. ^^;

There are a huge number of other cryptocurrencies here, I think there are even memecoins. I use a card and a crypto exchange. I transfer money to them, and they forward the cryptocurrency I choose to the wallet specified on the website. I use an official crypto exchange.

that's not the point, we paid for a service that is not being maintained and we should be compensated which is actually enforceable by law.
There is no guarantee that the law will be enforced, and the law does not cover every possible conflict between a service provider and a consumer. Legislators rejected consumers' demands to preserve the ability to play games that are no longer supported.

Last edit (6/19)was the promise of a loose deadline of 24-72 hours to fix this. It’s now 6/22…what’s happening? We should get an update today on 6/22. I think we deserve at least that much. Respectfully, your response will tell us if your deadline to fix this is legit or if you are just stringing us along. If this deadline can’t be met, then some nugget of information should be provided as to why it is taking longer than you expected. I can only imagine the amount of people who have storylines or other works that are on suspension while this continues. Thank you.

I honestly prefer that there are no card payments if that means that they are going to take away the possibility of creating uncensored content. If they take it away, I don't plan to spend a penny on this
I have a subsription which ends at the end of June and my card is used for continuation. Does it mean that I will lost everything or what is the plan? 72 hours passed, we have 23rd already and still cards cannot be used

Any updates please. It’s been well over 72hours. Payment is not back up, and we have not had any updates or news.
I hope we get some news this week about the confirmed card-payment reopening date and don’t have to wait more than a month. At least they are trying to be transparent, but still nervous if this is going to take a whole month or even longer. When you use Bitcoin to pay for services, the IRS views it as selling property.

Payments had been removed last week, brought back for a few days and now card payments were removed again. I’m wondering why they decided to change payment systems again.
Pretty clear they weren’t willing to budge the nsfw and payment processors view it as a risk so they dropped them. Doesn’t help users are mad at them for it when they’re trying to make sure they can keep all the features people use.
