Projects are here!
Ever find yourself pasting the same files and explanations into every new chat? That's what Projects fixes.
A project is a home for one thing you're working on (your novel, your business, your studies) where you keep the files, instructions and chats that go with it. Every chat inside the project already knows all of that, so you can skip the intro and get straight to the point.
Some things you can do:
- Upload documents, images, audio, even whole folders.
- Write your instructions once and every chat in the project will follow them.
- Ask the AI to write or update files for you. Older versions are kept, so you can always go back.
- Pin your most important files and the AI will always keep them in mind.
You'll find Projects in the left sidebar. It's available on every plan, and bigger plans can hold more projects and files.

Love the new feature, but the left bar feels a bit too cluttered. Is there a way to hid some of the sections or have them in a separate tabs?
I haven't tried it yet. But to comment the left bar is very crowded now particularly on the phone.
I got logged out of my paid account, I don't remember the full email address. I reach out to support, but they haven't responded. I need help getting the account back if they can just provide me with the full email so I can relogin, I've got the last 4 digits of the card I used and a screenshot.
It doesn't matter I'm canceling my subscription, you guys are not consistent with content guidelines. You keep moving the goalpost when it's convenient.
