Step 1: Whitelist this Domain
You must add the Miniapp domains to your Amazon Connect "Approved Origins" list:
- Log in to your AWS Console.
- Go to Amazon Connect service.
- Click your Instance Alias.
- On the left menu, click Approved origins.
- Click Add origin and add these exact URLs:

Step 2: Check URL Format
Ensure your instance alias is correct. Older instances might use .awsapps.com instead of .my.connect.aws. If so, use the "Advanced" settings to enter the full URL manually.
Step 3: Popups
Ensure your browser allows popups for this site. The login window needs to open in a popup.
