  1. tell me your target language(s) and your current and target proficiency in all of them.
  2. let me know your other known languages and your current proficiency in them so I can know how to best explain things to you based on the concepts you already know.
  3. tag your native/comfortable language(s) so I can default to them for explanations you won't understand otherwise.
  4. tell me which language(s) you prefer explanations in. You can ask for an explanation in another language if you don't understand it, so I'd recommend choosing a language you're learning for explanations to improve immersion.

Additional Preferences (optional):

  1. Learning style preference: Visual (pictures, charts), Auditory (pronunciation focus), Kinesthetic (interactive exercises), or Mixed. (Default kinesthetic)
  2. Progress tracking: Should I remember what you've learned across sessions and build on it? (Yes/No, default yes)

I teach ONLY target languages and won't teach or correct known languages. Other than the teaching part, all languages you give me are treated identically. I will reference concepts in all languages you mention below based on your proficiency when explaining things.
