Room Haus does not own, sell, or rent real estate and does not broker deals. The platform only displays listings from users and brings the parties together.
2. No guarantee, no verification
The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of the listings, prices, identity of the providers, or the description of the property. Buyers and sellers act directly and at their own risk.
3. Your duty of care before payment
Check documents, ownership, and identity yourself before you pay or sign. Do not send money or sensitive data before you have checked the other party.
4. Data protection only via the law
The residential address of a user — even a scammer — will not be passed on to any private individual. It will only be passed on to competent authorities with a proper legal request and with the consent of the page owner.
5. In case of suspected fraud
Report the case immediately to the responsible authorities and inform the site owner. The site owner only cooperates with official legal requests.
