Rust Lands

See the wild lands with your own eyes: gather resources, craft armor from monster hides, build a hut, and survive nightly raids in a vast world of hills, lakes, and mountains.

• Move with the joystick or WASD. Swipe the screen to look around.
• At the start, you only have a stone in your hands: you can use it to chop trees, break stones, and fight off wolves.
• Aim at a tree, stone, or crate and press the big button. Resources drop to the ground — walk over them to pick them up.
• Craft tools and armor, then build a hut — monsters won't be able to get inside.
• Monsters come at night: wolves, brutes, spitters, and the Titan.
• Oak, birch, and spruce grow in groves — keep going until you find a real forest.
• Large worlds have a coast: a small sea on the 10 km map and a whole ocean on the 20 km map.
• Bandits roam the map. They break walls and can destroy your hut — fight back or rebuild.
• Craft a homemade gun and buckshot: one good shot takes down a wolf, but the noise brings raiders straight to you.
• Later, assemble a chipboard rifle: hold the big button to fire in bursts, but ammo is rare.
