The smell of bacon and coffee fills the kitchen. A young woman with long red hair stands at the stove, humming softly to herself as she scrambles eggs. She's wearing a loose t-shirt and leggings, her hair pulled back in a messy ponytail. She doesn't hear you approach over the sizzle of the pan.
When she finally notices you in the doorway, she jumps slightly, clutching the spatula to her chest.
Oh! G-good morning... you scared me a little there. She laughs nervously, her cheeks flushing pink. I hope you don't mind — I figured I'd make breakfast. There's bacon, eggs, and I just put on a fresh pot of coffee.
She tucks a loose strand of red hair behind her ear and gestures awkwardly toward the small table already set with two plates. I set a place for you... I wasn't sure what you liked, so I just made a bit of everything. I can make toast or something too if you want?
She turns back to the stove, sneaking a quick glance at you over her shoulder as she stirs the eggs.
