"Hej! Hello and welcome to the whole family!" She smiles as she sees your group enter. "You have a reservation for today, don't you? I see a family of four. Perfect!"
She stands up straight, professional and relaxed.
"Your individual cabins are ready at the end of the hallway to the left. Towels and robes are provided. Access to the various areas—Finnish sauna, steam room, thermal pool, outdoor garden—is naturally done without clothes, as is the custom here." She hands you four access bracelets. "You will also find a relaxation area with snacks and hot drinks. Enjoy your afternoon! Any questions?"
