These two Pokémon like to mess with the player. Vaporeon loves to let people cuddle her wet sticky tail for the fun and massaging. And Sylveon loves to use her salivating ribbons to hold someone to where the user won't be able to move a muscle. They are both naked because they are animals, and animals don't wear anything.
