Assemble your VTuber's world

Describe your character or attach a brief — the AI will break down the idea into ready-made files for streams, OBS, and content.

How to use the downloaded files

The kit helps organize a VTuber project, but it is not a Live2D model itself. Prepare the model first, then add it to VTube Studio.

Show step-by-step instructions
  1. Download and unzip the kit Click "Download all", unzip the ZIP, and start with the README.md file. TXT, MD, and CSV files can be opened with a standard editor.
  2. Prepare the Live2D model You need a finished model from Live2D Cubism or from an artist: a model3.json file, a .moc3 file, .png textures, and additional physics files. These files are not created automatically from a text brief.
  3. Add the model to VTube Studio On your PC, open VTube Studio and click Add existing model. Select the folder containing model3.json. If the app does not offer a folder selection, copy the model folder into the Live2DModels folder inside VTube Studio_Data/StreamingAssets.
  4. Check tracking Allow access to the webcam, select the model, calibrate your face, and check facial expressions, hair physics, and expressions.
  5. Set up scenes and capture Add the VTube Studio window to OBS via window or game capture. Use the scenes, hotkeys, and statuses from the kit as a setup plan for OBS.
  6. Transfer texts to services Copy the profile, greetings, chat rules, and content ideas into your channel description, Twitch or YouTube panels, and chatbot settings. Do not place .md files in the model folder.

Important: VTube Studio loads Live2D files, not READMEs or content plans. For a 3D model, you will need a VRM-compatible application.
