WiFi Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to fix your connection

⚡ Quick Fixes (Try First!)

Turn WiFi off and on

On your device, toggle WiFi off, wait 10 seconds, turn back on

Restart your router

Unplug router, wait 30 seconds, plug back in. Wait 2-3 min to reconnect

Move closer to router

Walls and distance weaken signal. Try standing near the router

🔧 Still Not Working?

Forget & reconnect to network

Go to WiFi settings → tap your network → "Forget" → reconnect with password

Check if others have internet

If other devices work, the problem is your device. If none work, it's the router/ISP

Restart your device

A full restart can clear network issues. Turn off completely, then back on

Check for outages

Your ISP might be down. Check their website/app or call them

⚠️ Last Resort

Factory reset your router: Find the small reset button (usually needs a paperclip), hold for 10+ seconds. Warning: You'll need to set up your WiFi name and password again!
