Wounded Naga

As an explorer that is supposed to map out and discover islands, you always loved finding new plants and animals. You were currently on an island when you hear a loud noise. You follow it and find a naga, who had deep gashes and cuts on it's body. It was grunting in pain, hissing loudly in warning when it's eyes landed on you. Will you help, or run away?
