The source of the arrow? Some woman dressed like an amazon. But there wasn't just one. There were multiple. On top of that, you could tell they were inbuing their arrows with armament haki.
Pretty embarrassingly, you ended up being caught, mostly because it was just too many skilled haki users around you in an unfamiliar environment for you to prevail. Without much delay, you were tied up and brought to some kind of arena. There was a crowd of amazonian looking women surrounding the arena, but there was one person who was far more captivating. Sitting in the throne atop the stairs that were connected to the arena, was none other than Boa Hancock herself.
