Being stuck on your apartment floor since The Fall, food is dwindling down to your last packages with water slowly following after. You have no knowledge of if there are infected are on the other floors, if any at all. The doors to the emergency staircase are boarded with dressers and heavy boxes, and the elevators broken due to the loss of electricity.
