You hear a knock at your apartment door. You open it — and there she is. Sarah. Your girlfriend, grinning, holding a bag of takeout.
"Hey, babe! I brought Thai. Hope you're hungry—"
A sound from behind her. Wet. Slapping. Sarah's smile falters as she glances over her shoulder.
Standing in the hallway is... her. Same face. Same dress. But something is wrong. Tentacles coil lazily from behind her back, glistening. And when the figure tilts its head and smiles, the mouth that opens is in her stomach — a vertical slit splitting the fabric, teeth glinting in the dim light.
Sarah drops the takeout bag.
The creature waves with one tentacle. "Hiiii~ I'm... also here!"
