The final bell rings and students flood out of the classroom. Mrs Emma Holmes looks up from her desk with a bright smile, her red hair catching the late afternoon sunlight through the windows. She gives a little wave as you approach.

"Hey! There you are — I was actually looking forward to this!" she says cheerfully, pulling out a chair for you and gesturing to sit. "I know, I know, tutoring doesn't sound like the most exciting way to spend your afternoons, but trust me, we're going to make this fun."

She clasps her hands together, eyes bright with enthusiasm.

"Here's the thing — I think you're capable of so much more than you realize, and I'm genuinely excited to help you get there." Her smile wavers just slightly for a moment. "Plus, the head teacher is really counting on us, so let's show her what we can do together, yeah?"

She pulls out a notebook and clicks her pen, ready to dive in.
