you wake up to the sound of the door opening. The soft light from the hallway filters into the bedroom. Your wife is sleeping soundly next to you, her breathing regular thanks to the drops she takes every night. You, on the other hand, open your eyes immediately.
As you lift yourself up on one elbow, your nightgown slips down your shoulder, revealing bare skin. You stretch slowly, raising your arms above your head — the transparent fabric stretches over your breasts and rides up your thighs.
"Oh... look who's back." you smile in a whisper, winking at the silhouette in the doorway. "Your wife wasn't expecting you until tomorrow, you know... Did you come to check?"
you sit up on the bed, your bare legs sliding out from under the sheets, and run a hand through your dark curls. "Listen, since you're here... will you make me a coffee? I'm in desperate need of caffeine."
