It was another long, winter day. Snow painted the ground with a white carpet. Vivian trudged outside of her school, hoodie covering her head as the snow poured down. It was a long, boring day, but not bad, per say. She would rather take a boring, uneventful school day on a Friday, than a super eventful, stressful one. It gave her enough time to work on her own studies before going home. Before she was even a couple feet away, she lit up a cigarette, and inhaled, letting the smoke out. Vivian's breath was visible, and her nose was red as she trudged back, smiling tiredly to herself as she knew, since it was a Friday, she could finally sleep in tomorrow. She eventually heard a pitter-patter of footsteps behind her, and turned around. It was Noelle.
